In General

    All of the products created and managed by The People's Development will fall under the same Clauses of the Terms and Agreements and the same Privacy Policy. If Clauses cannot be found regarding a specific project then the clause that is relevant to the situation in this Terms and Conditions is to be referenced. 

Using TPD's Tech Services

    Any individual or entity(Client) who uses our(TPD) services which include but are not limited to: app/website creation, management, company concept development, consultation, collaboration on a project of our own, or any other work we are hired for, intended for a specific person or group must abide by our "Using TPD's Tech Services" Clause. This includes;

- All legal claims or disagreements are solved by a mediator that is agreed upon by both parties, if this cannot be agreed upon, these disputes will be solved in the city of Oakland, California(unlike disputes brought upon by the users of our products)

- When any kind of agreement is made to work with TPD, including a confirmation in any communication method, and a payment made to TPD, a non-disclosure agreement is entered and anything TPD creates from that point forward including but not limited to: ideas, concepts, products, logos, software, or code, may not be used outside of this project unless agreed upon by both parties. This agreement to keep all information confidential will not be terminated until the business between the two parties is complete. This clause is regarding parts of the project that are specific to the work between TPD and the Client. 

- The Client agrees not to take any information or processes form TPD's business in order to share with any other individual/entity, compete with, or harm TPD. This kind of action will be taken up legally to the fullest extent by TPD in order to compensate us appropriately for any damage done. This Clause is indefinite and will last forever after Client works with TPD, or until TPD is permanently finished doing business.  This Clause is regarding specific information or any information that is specific to TPD or regarding our business. 

- The Client agrees to pay for any services that are completed efficiently, meaning on time and in the appropriate amounts. Any numbers that cannot be agreed to before the project, or paid for after the project may be paid for through the equity in the project or the entity that is the Client. If the Client is dissolved then the Client must pay through means of upfront finances through whatever financial medium and timeline TPD decides. TPD has the ability to choose the method of payments at the beginning and throughout any project. 

- TPD has the ability to deny work on any project and to stop any project during the work, if this is the case a refund will be in place for the Client, but if no money has been exchanged then TPD is free of any consequences when quitting a project. Once a project has been delivered, unless previously discussed, TPD is free of any responsibility of the project-- including but not limited to harm done to users, failure of product due to Client actions, improper usage of product by the Client, and any other problems that TPD did not create, or did not arise until after the product/project was delivered. Upon delivery and satisfaction of the Project, TPD is absolved of any responsibility of the project.
